## Therapy and approaches

I’m Rose Patterson, a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDR-certified therapist. I offer individual therapy for adults navigating trauma, anxiety and depression, loss and grief, neurodivergence, and highly sensitive systems.

My approach includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside breathwork, meditation, visualization, and skillful communication.
